🍚 Veg / Chicken Fried Rice Recipe (Restaurant Style)
📝 Ingredients (2–3 servings)
For Rice
2 cups Cooked Rice (preferably 1 day old, thoda dry)
2 tbsp Oil (sesame oil ho to best)
For Veg Fried Rice
½ cup Carrot (finely chopped)
½ cup Cabbage (shredded)
¼ cup Capsicum (finely chopped)
¼ cup Beans (finely chopped)
2–3 Spring Onion (finely chopped, green part alag)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce (optional, spicy ke liye)
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (optional, little sweet taste ke liye)
Salt & Black Pepper – as per taste
For Chicken Fried Rice (extra)
200 g Chicken Breast (boiled & shredded OR small cubes fried)
1 tsp Soy Sauce (chicken marinate ke liye)
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt

👩🍳 Method
Step 1: Chicken Preparation (skip if veg)
Chicken ko thoda salt, soy sauce aur pepper dal kar fry ya boil kar lo.
Thoda golden hone tak cook karo, fir side me rakh lo.
Step 2: Veggies Stir Fry
Wok/pan garam karo, oil daalo.
Garlic (1 tsp chopped) daal kar ek sec fry karo.
Ab carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum daal kar high flame par 2–3 min stir fry karo. (Veggies crunchy rehni chahiye).
Step 3: Sauce Mix
Soy sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce, ketchup daal kar veggies ke saath toss karo.
Salt & black pepper dal kar taste adjust karo.
Step 4: Add Rice
Rice daal kar high flame par fast stir fry karo.
Chicken version me abhi fried chicken add karo.
Spring onion greens daal kar mix karo.
Step 5: Serve
Garma garam fried rice serve karo with chilli chicken ya manchurian.

✅ Rice ek din purana ho toh best, sticky nahi hota.
✅ High flame par jaldi stir fry karo, isse smoky flavor aata hai (wok hei taste).
✅ Overcook mat karo, sab cheez crunchy rehni chahiye.
