🍚 Ingredients (Samagri)
For Stuffing (Pur Filling)
1 cup fresh grated coconut
¾ cup jaggery (gud, grated)
½ tsp cardamom powder (elaichi)
1 tbsp poppy seeds (khuskhus, optional)
1 tbsp cashew & raisin pieces (optional)
For Dough (Ukad)
1 cup rice flour
1 ¼ cup water
1 tsp ghee (clarified butter)
Pinch of salt

🥣 Method (Banane ki Vidhi)
1. Stuffing (Pur) banaye
1. Ek pan me jaggery aur grated coconut dal kar halka flame par garam karein.
2. Jaggery pighal kar coconut ke saath mix ho jayega.
3. Ab isme elaichi powder, khuskhus aur dry fruits daal kar 5–7 min tak pakaayein.
4. Jab mixture thoda sukhkar sticky ho jaye tab gas band kar dein.

2. Dough (Ukad) banaye
1. Ek pan me paani, thoda sa ghee aur namak garam karein.
2. Jab paani ubalne lage tab rice flour dal kar achhi tarah mix karein.
3. Gas band karke 2–3 min dhak kar rakhein.
4. Garam-garam hi dough ko ek plate par nikal kar thoda sa ghee laga kar smooth gundh lein.

3. Modak Shape banaye
1. Thoda dough le kar small lemon size ka peda banayein.
2. Hath ghee se grease karke usse katori jaisa bana lein.
3. Ab isme 1 spoon stuffing daalein.
4. Kinare ko pinch karke fold karein aur top par modak shape bana dein.

4. Steaming
1. Ek steamer ya idli stand me paani garam karein.
2. Modak ko steamer plate par rakh kar 10–12 min tak steam karein.
3. Nikalne ke baad upar se thoda ghee daal kar Ganpati ko bhog lagayein.
