📝 Ingredients (2–3 Servings)


2 cup Elbow Macaroni (ya normal pasta)



2 tbsp Butter


2 tbsp All-purpose flour (Maida)


2 cup Warm Milk


1 ½ cup Cheddar Cheese (ya processed cheese grated)


¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder


¼ tsp Salt (as per taste)


½ tsp Oregano / Chili Flakes (optional)

👩‍🍳 Method (Step-by-Step)


1. Macaroni boil karein



Ek patile me paani garam karke usme thoda namak daalein.


Macaroni 8–10 minute tak boil karein.


Jab soft ho jaye to paani nikal kar side me rakh dein.



2. Cheese sauce banayein


Ek pan me butter melt karein.


Usme maida daal kar 1 minute tak bhunein.


Dheere-dheere warm milk add karein aur continuously whisk karein taki lumps na bane.


Jab sauce thoda thick ho jaye to grated cheese daal kar melt hone dein.


Ab isme namak, black pepper aur oregano/chili flakes daal dein.



3. Pasta aur sauce mix karein


Boiled macaroni ko sauce me daal kar achhe se coat kar dein.


2–3 minute tak slow flame par cook karein.



4. Serve karein


Garam-garam Mac & Cheese bowl me serve karein.


Upar se thoda extra cheese aur herbs garnish karein.
