8–10 Hari Mirch (Green Chillies)


6–7 Lehsun ke Kaliya (Garlic Cloves)


2 tbsp Moongfali (Peanuts, bhune hue)


1 tbsp Til (Sesame seeds – optional)


1 tbsp Fresh Dhaniya (Coriander leaves, chopped)


½ tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)


2 tbsp Oil (Mustard oil ho to best)


Salt – as per taste

1. Mirch aur Lehsun bhuno



Kadhai me oil garam karo.


Usme hari mirch aur garlic daal kar halka sa roast karo.


Isse ek smoky aur spicy flavor aata hai.



2. Masala pisein


Ek mortar-pestle (okhli) ya mixer grinder me bhuni mirch aur garlic daal kar crush karo.


Ab isme moongfali, til, jeera aur namak daal kar aur grind karo.


Dhaniya patta bhi add karke coarse paste banayein (bilkul smooth paste nahi banana, thoda texture rehna chahiye).



3. Serve karein


Thecha ko ek bowl me nikalein.


Garam bhakri, roti ya dal-chawal ke sath serve karein.
